JuzzBuzz Terms & Conditions

JuzzBuzz (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services offered on the platform.

One Account Per Person

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts and funds will be forfeited.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, JuzzBuzz follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The following documents may be required before making a withdrawal or when exceeding a specified limit:

• Photo of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

JuzzBuzz strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. At the time of registration, users must confirm they are at least 18 years old. If a user is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus a specified number of times (typically 20x to 35x). For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with 30x wagering means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has an expiry period set from the date it is issued (typically 7–30 days).
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• Certain game restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• If the conditions of a bonus are not met, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Any account found engaging in bonus fraud will be permanently suspended.

Referral Bonus

To earn a referral bonus, the referred person must open a new account and meet the required deposit and wagering amounts. The referral bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully met.

All betting activity on JuzzBuzz is governed by specific rules. The following rules apply to all types of betting and gaming.

Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in the case of a technical error.
• No bets will be accepted after an event has started, except through live betting.

• Any bets linked to match-fixing or other fraudulent activity will be voided.

Maximum Win Limit

JuzzBuzz may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Repeated violations of platform rules

If an account is permanently closed, any eligible balance will be refunded; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
