Questions about joining JuzzBuzz and managing your account

Opening an account at JuzzBuzz is quick and straightforward. On the registration page Enter your name, mobile number or email address, and a strong password. An OTP will be sent to your mobile — verify it and your account is ready. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes. Registration is free and works with any Bangladeshi mobile number.

JuzzBuzz policy allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have any issues with an existing account, contact the support team directly.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal or when you exceed a certain limit. Go to Account Settings and upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. For faster processing, make sure your photos are clear and easy to read.

Your name and date of birth generally cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your identity verification. However, your mobile number, email address, and home address can be updated from Account Settings. For any major changes, please contact the support team.

Before closing your account, withdraw any remaining wallet balance. Then email support@juzzbuzz.ws or request account closure via live chat. Alternatively, you can opt for self-exclusion or a temporary break instead.

No. JuzzBuzz strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Age is verified during registration and confirmed through ID documents in the KYC process. Accounts belonging to underage users will be permanently closed and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

You can complete registration using mobile OTP without verifying your email. However, having a verified email makes password resets and important notifications much easier. You can verify your email anytime from Account Settings.

Enter your friend's referral code in the "Referral Code" field on the registration form. Once registration is complete, the referral bonus will be automatically credited to your account. Referral codes cannot be added after registration, so make sure to enter it upfront.

How to Access Your Account and Stay Safe

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email or mobile number. A reset link or OTP will arrive within a few minutes. Use it to set a new password and log back in. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Go to Account Settings → Security and enable two-factor authentication. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile each time you log in. Even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to access your account without this code. Highly recommended.

Do not enable the "Remember Me" option on public or shared devices. Always log out after your session. Use your browser's private or incognito mode to prevent login details from being saved.
